How far is the campsite from the nearest supermarkets?
Le Camping La Ferme possède une supérette accessible tous les jours en haute saison de 7h30 à 13h30 et de 16h30 à 20h.
Vous y trouverez pain et viennoiseries, alimentation et hygiène ainsi que la location de vélo et la presse.
A 5km du camping en direction de Royan, vous trouverez une zone commerciale avec supermarchés et magasins divers.
Cette zone commerciale est accessible en transport depuis l’arrêt de bus en face de la supérette.
Is it possible to arrive outside reception opening hours?
En cas d’arrivée tardive merci de contacter le camping au préalable. Votre arrivée sera prise en charge par les agents de sécurité.
Attention, après minuit, il sera impossible de rentrer avec votre véhicule dans le camping, ce dernier devra rester sur le parking. Merci de prévoir votre heure d’arrivée en conséquence.
Are pets allowed in all areas of the campsite?
Nous acceptons les chiens dans les hébergements et dans les allées du camping. Leur présence est interdite dans les espaces communs et lieux d’animations.
Nous rappelons également que les promenades hygiéniques doivent se faire en dehors du camping.
Le tarif est de 5€/jour/animal
Le camping accepte jusqu’à 2 chiens par location.
Les chiens de 1ere et 2eme catégorie sont interdits sur le terrain de camping.
Are barbecues allowed?
Pour des raisons de sécurité, les barbecues individuels et planchas ne sont pas autorisés.
Cependant, vous avez à disposition des barbecues collectif se trouvant aux blocs sanitaires. Les grilles sont nettoyées quotidiennement, il vous suffira d’apporter votre charbon de bois.
What payment methods are accepted?
ELDAPI VACANCES possède l’agrément Vacaf et vous permet de régler une partie de votre séjour.
Nous acceptons également les chèques, chèques vacances et cartes bancaires pour régler votre séjour.
Sur place, nous n’acceptons pas les chèques. Pour régler des activités, de la billetterie ou des options de confort ou même le solde de votre séjour en emplacement de camping, les chèques vacances, espèces ou CB sont autorisés.
Can I change my reservation?
Oui, il est possible d’effectuer une modification de séjour à Royan au plus tard 4 semaines avant le 1er jour de vos vacances et sous réserve de disponibilités.
Pour cela, un email détaillant votre ou vos demandes de modification devra être envoyé au camping.
Nous vous ferons ensuite parvenir un devis. Vous devrez confirmer ou non votre changement de séjour pour valider définitivement.
Is wearing a bracelet compulsory?
Oui, il vous permet d’être identifié et donc de pouvoir accéder aux infrastructures du camping telles que les piscines, animations et aires de jeux.
Ces bracelets gratuits sont donnés à l’arrivée et pour le nombre de personnes déclarées sur le séjour. Les visiteurs n’ont malheureusement pas accès aux espaces aquatiques, le bracelet n’est donc pas obligatoire.
La perte du bracelet entraine l’achat d’un nouveau à 10€/personne.
