How to get to our campsite?
On the site www.eldapi.co.uk in the column "to come to Eldapi" a link towards a site specializing in the
calculation of routes is suggested so you can make your journey calmly.
Can I leave or reach the Campsite with my vehicle early in the morning or late in the evening?
For the tranquillity of our customers the campsite closes its barriers from 11:30 pm till 7 am. During these hours: we ask to you leave your vehicle outside.
What day of the week may I arrive?
For rent
Out or season the days of arrivals and departures are made at your convenience.
In the high season (in July / august) stays are only made from Saturday to Saturday.
For the pitch
Caravan’s arrivals and departures at your convenience let us know if you intend to arrive late or to leave very early.
What do I have to bring?
Pillows and covers are supplied free of charge but you have to bring linen.
Supplementary covers can be reserved in advance.
Towels and table linen are not supplied.
In every Mobil-home we supply kitchenware: plates, glasses, garden equipment: table, chairs.
On the Campsite
Are there many foreigners on the Campsite?
No, the great majority of our clientele are French.
Are dogs allowed?
Animals are welcome! Nevertheless, it is necessary for you to have with you all relevant paper work a photocopy of this is requested during your booking.
Are barbecues authorized?
The individual barbecues are forbidden; nevertheless on the campsite are have numerous collective barbecues at your disposal. (Barbecues charcoal).
What is the temperature of the heated swimming pool?
It can vary, 24°C to 28°C, according to the season.
What is the price for the internet access on the Campsite?
Between 5 and 10€ an hour.
What is the price for the paying activities? (Tennis, mini-golf, billiards (billiard tables), Jacuzzi etc.…)
It varies according to the service .The rent of equipment can be, for example, 2 to 5€.
When does the children club open?
For the season 2010 the
children club begins on July 3th.
What are the schedules of the children club?
Generally we can expect two sessions of 2 hours (am) a day, 5 days a week. (Variable according to the number of children).
What is the price?
The club is free.
Is children's club a day-care center?
The club child is a place for games but on no account a day-care center. The children thus stay under the responsibility of their relatives that is why we wish that at least a relative or an adult responsible for the child stays in the campsite while the child participates in the session of the club, in case of emergency.
Have you a launderette?
You will find a launderette ticket at the reception. Capacity approximately 6 / 8kg 5€ wash / 3€ drying.
In case of late arrival or Sunday, am I going to be able to get myself food and absolutely essential articles?
On the Campsite a
summer minimarket is opened every day in July / august stocking essential items.
Do you have to pay the tourist tax?
No. All the local taxes are already included in the price of your stay.

Where is my Mobil-home situated?
The reception office will help when you arrive.
At what time may I have my keys?
From 1 pm.
May I arrive earlier?
You can arrive at any time, and take advantage of the services of the Campsite whilst waiting for your keys.
If you think of arriving after 8 pm, it is necessary to warn the Campsite in advance, they will leave your keys with the security guard so that he can help you when you arrive.
At what time do we have to leave?
To prepare places for the newcomers, we thank you for leaving your accommodation before 10 am on the day of your departure.
Caravans can leave at 12 pm.
Can we have in extra person in our Mobile home?
No we can not have more people in the
Mobil home than the amount specified.
Is there a TV in the accommodation?
No, we do not propose TV. (We Receive only French TV).
Is the terrace of the Mobile-home covered?
It depends on the Mobile-home.
What is the size of beds?
Double beds, including the convertible in the lounge, are between 120 and 140cm, and the single beds between 50 and 90cm, please refer for more details to the model which you have chosed.
Is the cot in the bedroom?
It goes into the lounge, and into the main bedroom (in certain models.)
Do I have to bring my sheets?
Sheets are available to rent (reserve in advance, please).
Covers and pillows are supplied.
